Gerry McCann was presented with a nice bunch of carnations when he and Kate went to Lisbon for the hearing against Goncalo Amaral.

It would seem that Dr.G.Mccanns new 'PR Team' in Portugal were taken unawares ,otherwise I am sure they would have told the Mccanns to not accept the Carnations. The Mccanns were confused ,they thought their welcome would be as warm as the days when Madeleine first disappeared. They misjudged the mood of the Portuguese people . Dr.Mccann might do well instead of reading Police Manuals that should not be in his possession...and instead read a piece of Portuguese history.
