CARNATIONS FOR GERRY

Gerry McCann was presented with a nice bunch of carnations when he and Kate went to Lisbon for the hearing against Goncalo Amaral.

He accepted them without question - if only he had realised the special significance of such a "gift"!

The HEARING that was not HEARD

Yesterday the Court in Lisbon was to hold the Hearing regarding the ban on Amaral's Book, The Truth of the Lie. Due to the quarantine imposed on Amaral's Lawyer the case has been put back until 12 January 2010. The McCanns will have to wait until then to see if their claim for damages of £1M will be granted.

The McCanns were in Lisbon for the start of the hearing.
