It IS known that had she not been left unattended and unprotected by her parents whilst they went out with friends to wine and dine she would be with them today.

The Parents Gerry and Kate McCann, both of whom are Doctors, and should have been more responsible looking after their children..

In todays Express a woman has been prosecuted for leaving her 11 year old whilst she was at the pub for a few hours!!

the reason the mccanns have got away with it so far is that some one higher up the ladder needs protection
Conspiracy nonsense. They 'got away with it' because numerous people saw them making checks. Prosecution would have been both difficult and embarrassing for Portugal. Embarrassing given the Prosector cannot have failed to notice that the PJ used the lie they had 'proof' of 'Madeleine's blood' in the car to try and get them to confess.
They had no such thing, and they knew it - the evidence is in the files.
Those who harp continuously about the neglect angle forget one thing - it cannot help us to find out what really happened to Madeleine.
